DOCUSOUND LAB - Learn how to record and tell your extraordinary everyday stories
DOCUSOUND LAB
Learn how to record and tell your extraordinary everyday stories
Docusound Lab is the first workshop where sighted and non-sighted people join forces to learn how to share their own stories through a microphone. During 5 meetings we will work on participants’ ideas and projects, and with the support of a tutor and an audio expert, we will produce short radio-stories that will be published on
www.docusound.it. After the 5 meetings participants will be invited to join a more focused training in production and postproduction techniques.
There are no age requirements, nor prior knowledge is required. We will provide handouts and tutorials. Hands-on practice will be given during the workshop.
Docusound Lab is supported by the l'Unione Italiana Ciechi ed Ipovedenti - Consiglio Regionale del Piemonte (Italian association for the blind and the low-sighted) and for 2010 has received support by the Fondazione CRT.
In 2010, Docusound lab was held in Torino and Vercelli, if you want to know more or are interested in bringing the Lab in your community, please send an email to
